An Agar agent visits your house, apartment, or vacant land on a schedule you set. You receive a geotagged video report from that visit, plus photos of anything that needs attention. On vacant land we take boundary photos, so encroachment is spotted early. Condominium and apartment visits work the same way, in Bole and every other sub-city of Addis Ababa, and in Adama.
Bills and taxes, paid with receipts
Agar pays your utility bills, land tax, and sub-city property tax for you. You send the amount, Agar pays at the office, and the stamped receipt lands in your account. The bill amount itself passes through at cost, and the only fee you pay Agar is the published task fee.
Tenancy support
Agar helps you keep a rented property in good order: tenant screening, signature logistics, handover inspections, and rent follow-up. Drafting or negotiating a lease is advocate work, so you retain a licensed advocate directly and Agar coordinates. The tenant pays rent into your own account. Agar documents the payment, follows up when it is late, and reports to you. Agar never holds your money.
