Bills and taxes, paid with receipts
Agar pays your utility bills, land tax, and sub-city property tax for you. You send the amount, Agar pays at the office, and the stamped receipt lands in your account. The bill amount itself passes through at cost. The fee you pay Agar is the published task fee, nothing more.
Tenancy support
Agar helps you keep a rented property in good order: tenant screening, signature logistics, handover inspections, and rent follow-up. Two boundaries keep this clean. Drafting or negotiating a lease is advocate work, so the client retains a licensed advocate directly and Agar coordinates. Rent is paid by the tenant into your own account; Agar documents the payment, follows up when it is late, and reports. Agar never holds your money.
